Romanian Vampire Hunt

All of you new recruits will have to be in Bucharest by nightfall.

There, you will be awaited by your trainers during your stage.

The night will be long and the most prepared you are, the most fit you will be for the challenges appearing on the way.

The Vampire Hunters coach will take you in the town of Rasnov, guarded from above by the great Rasnov Citadel.

This will be your first night of training. You will be given basic information about the dangers encountered around the area and ways to keep you safe.

A night of storytelling by the trainers near the campfire, your first night as a Vampire Trainee Hunter.

The next day you will begin your research for informations talking to the local elders. The priest and also the local legend keepers.

All the storytelling and interviewing will happen in the Rasnov Citadel, the legendary fortress where many have lost their lives during the Dark Ages Wars.

The stories will lead you to Sighisoara, the famous birth place of the Dark Count Dracula, or, should we say, Vlad the Impaler.

Traveling through dark forests and performing legendary holly protection rituals,tracking trails and, in the end, discovering the dark mysteries of Dracula, will be your schedule for this part of the day.

You will see the most beautiful and also the strangest graveyard in Romania and have the opportunity to test its paranormal activity.

A Hunter is always on the road and never leaves marks. This is why you will head back to the Brasov area, this time for an epic showdown at Dracula’s Lair.

You have never been so frightened and vampires have never made you feel so close to your end. You will be the uninvited guests in Dracula’s Home and for at least two hours you will use the maximum of what you have learned in your training.

The next day, all the brave trainees will receive their honorary Vampire Hunter title and set on their way to Bucharest. The world will never be the same for you!

Price:

180 Euro/person for a group of 10 – 15 persons

Time table: 24-26 June; 8-10 June; 5-7 August; 2-4 September; (the booking will be made with at least 3 weeks in advance)

10% DISCOUNT for 22-24 June; 11-13 July; 3-5 August; 31 August- 2 September. (the booking will be made with at least 3 weeks in advance)

The price includes: 2 night accommodation at 3* guest house- twin rooms , meals , entrance fees at the highlights mentioned in the program, guiding services, transportation, activities included in the program.

The price does not include: airfare, other fees than mentioned in the program, other activities than mentioned in the program.

For a proper delivery of the services, the BENEFICIARY will take responsibility to:

Send the name of the tourists that will benefit of the tourism package with seven days before their arrival.
Pay for the services based on the invoices sent by EcoXtrem.
A guarantee deposit will be made for 50% of the amount at a certain date before delivering the services that both parties mutually agreed to. In case of non-payment of the deposit reserve, the tour is cancelled.
The difference between the deposit and the total amount will be paid within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receiving the final invoice from the supplier.

Cancellation conditions:

Within seven days before the arrival of the tourists, the package tour cannot be cancelled without penalties. The cancellation will be penalized with 50% from the entire price of the package.
In case the tourist doesn’t show up on the day of the arrival, the PROVIDER will charge 100% of the price of the package.
