Bucharest Expat Welcomes 2011

Happy New Year to everyone from the team at Bucharest Expat. We hope your new year is off to a flying start so far! Over the past year and a half now, Bucharest Expat has been constantly changing, and adapting to what we feel best suits the interests of the readers; expatriates, travelers, and foreigners living in Romania. We truly wish to live up to our slogan “Live. Learn. Bucharest.” We have been highly successful in staying away from the recycled news stories that are so common in todays online resources, and we thank you for sharing our vision of creating content that is both different and slightly off-beat. We have had a growing reader contribution as well as an exponentially increasing traffic flow.

Bucharest Expat has had many conversations and emails regarding what we are doing great, and also what our readers would like to see change on the site. Please continue to send us you ongoing feedback on our site! We look for your article contributions which may simply be something of interest to you as an expat! The sky is the limit to what we can offer our readers in terms of pertinent content.

Beginning in a few days, Bucharest Expat will be down for a day or two as we upgrade to our new look and feel. As we come back online we will offer instruction as to our new features, our new partner websites, as well as our outline for future community involvement. Again, Thank You, Happy New Year, and we look forward to kicking off 2011 with the greatest Bucharest Expat Site ever!

Great improvement you made on the site. I’m loving every bit of it. The site’s appearance is very refreshing. This is truly a great start for this new year.

  • Cassie

New site’s looking great. I’m coming in a few months and have been relying on you for the lowdown on what’s happening and where to go.

Wishing you a great 2011 – with lots of interesting articles and information for us ex-pats and travellers.

  • Eric

Missed you while you were down, but the new site was well worth the wait. The changes are beautiful, and the interface is easy to use. Thanks for making this an enjoyable place to visit.

  • Tim

This is the first time I’ve visited this site. My friend told me about this and I can learn many things here about Bucharest and the things we can do here. I hope this site will be visited by all travelers and expatriates living in Bucharest as this is truly a great help.
