Car repairs can and are an absolute headache in Bucharest. From overpriced oil changes that may r may not give you oil, to fixing the simplest thing with your car, it is all a nightmare. Until now. Company Setups

You may be buying land, a house, or setting up a business, we offer a complete company set up service. Once you have chosen a suitable name, and we have checked it’s availability, the process begins. We register the company with the trade registry, set up the necessary bank accounts with Bancpost, or a bank of your choice, provide a registered office address and provide the necessary company documents and stamps.

If required, we can become the Administrator of your company, with strict controls applied. This enables us to pay taxes and sign certain documents on your behalf. Saving you the trouble of flying over every 3 months to sign financial statements.

Business Visas, Working Permits & Residents Permits

Business Visa’s

EU Citizens

Citizens of the EU do not need a visa to travel to Romania. Technically if you stay in Romania for more than 90 days you need a residents permit, but I have yet to see this enforced. But having a residents permit does allow certain benefits, such as the ability to own land as an individual, and not through a company. We provide a residents permit application service, and quickly provide a permit provided you have the following documents:

European Health Insurance Card (I recommend you apply for one anyway, in case you need medical treatment here)

Your passport

2 passport photographs

Proof of accommodation (apartment rental agreement)

Non EU Citizens

Certain other passport holders do not need a Visa to enter Romania, but are subject to a 90 day stay limit as above.(see below) But this is more enforceable than an EU passport holder, as these passports are stamped on entry and exit. If you stay over the 90 day limit and are stopped at immigration, you could be stopped from entering Romania for up to 5 years! For citizens of the nations that do need a visa, we provide a Visa application service. Be it a tourist or business visa.
